Then, once we receive your package a trained technician will begin diagnosing the issues. Once the repair has been completed your package will be mailed back to you.
When all the necessary repairs/replacements have been made, we then package your device(s) in an insured package and aim to get it with you the very next day!

I took my sons iPad to be repaired here. After it was ready, a mistake was made with the store closing early and leaving me without the repaired iPad. Frustrated, I left a one star review on here and explained my disappointment. Within a few hours, Robin saw my review, contacted me out of hours and went above and beyond to rectify it and get the iPad to me straight away.
